License Agreement

This license applies to installing and using the EQ Pixie software.
EQ Pixie License Agreement
EQ Pixie (the software) is provided "as is". Under no circumstances shall Alex Gibbs (the author) be liable for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind resulting from the installation or use of the software, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. The software should not be used for any activity that can lead to death, injury, or other significant loss.

You must be at least 13 years old to use EQ Pixie. By registering you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.

Alex R. Gibbs, the author of the software, grants you a license to use this software for as long as the software is able to connect to it's home server and approve it's use. The only personally identifiable information sent to the server is the username and password you choose when you subscribe on the EQ Pixie website. You need to provide these to the software so that it may verify that you are allowed to use the software. This has no relationship to the EverQuest username and password.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, trace, or modify this software in whole or in part. You may not circumvent, disable, intercept, or spoof the software's verification of your subscription to use the software. You may not redistribute this software.
